One rate. Two currencies.
Everyone earns the same 20%. What changes is how it reaches you, because the two audiences value completely different things.
Partners are paid in cash
Chatting agencies, tooling and CRM vendors, model scouts, community operators, consultants and creators with an audience. Anyone who sits close to agencies and creators without competing with them. Paid by USDC or bank transfer, within 15 days of each month closing.
Clients are paid in credit
Clients already subscribed to WhaleFinders take the same 20% as credit against their own invoice, which is a discount rather than income. No forms, no withholding, and a bill that drops every month. Cash is available on request.

How It Works
Four steps, and no black box.
The most common way a referral program dies is that the referrer introduces someone and never hears anything again. You will see every stage of yours.

Register before you introduce
Name them and give us a contact. We check it against our pipeline and answer the same day. If they are not already a live lead from the last 90 days, the claim is yours and it stays valid for 90 days.

Make the introduction
A Telegram message, an email, or just handing over your code. They book a call, complete the 48 hour onboarding sprint, and start their first month with one extra creator slot free.

They pay their second month
Commission accrues from month one but releases only after month two is collected. It is a fraud gate, not a delay tactic, and nothing that accrued is ever lost.

You get paid, every month
Paid on revenue we have actually collected, by USDC or bank transfer, within 15 days of the month closing. Clients take the same value as credit against their own invoice instead.

Whoever you refer gets a free extra creator for 30 days.
It is a genuine head start rather than a discount, so an introduction from you is worth having. Everyone still pays the same published price.
One extra creator slot, free for 30 days
On top of whatever they sign up for. Someone who signs up with three creators runs four for their first month and pays for three. Someone who signs up with one runs two. It is worth up to $799 to them and costs us a few hours of delivery time.
Nobody you refer ever pays more than anyone else. Our pricing is public and there is no referral surcharge.

Paid on collected revenue
We pay a share of money that has actually reached our account. If an invoice goes unpaid, nothing is owed to you and nothing is owed by you.
No clawback for churn
If the client leaves in month four, you keep every payment already made. Retention is our job. Reversals apply only to refunds, chargebacks and fraud.
Registration decides ties
First registration wins, timestamped. If they are already a live lead with us we decline the claim the same day and tell you why. If the lead had gone quiet for more than 90 days, we honor your claim anyway.
Expansion is not a referral
A valid referral is a different legal entity with a different owner and separate billing. Adding creators to your own account is an upgrade, not an introduction.
Our revenue only
Commission is a share of the WhaleFinders subscription. We never pay a percentage of a creator’s platform earnings, and we never ask anyone for that data.
No second tier
One level, no downline, and no earning from partners you recruit. This is a referral program, not a pyramid.
Non-circumvention
We will not approach your clients for anything outside the WhaleFinders subscription, and we will not use an introduction to route around you.
Disclose the relationship
If you post about us publicly, say that you are compensated. It is an FTC requirement and we hold partners to it.
How you may promote us
No bidding on our brand terms in paid search, no unsolicited mass messaging, no presenting yourself as WhaleFinders, and no promising results on our behalf.
The program can change, your commission cannot
We may change the rate or close the program at any time. Any referral already accepted keeps the terms it was registered under and keeps paying for the rest of its twelve months.
