WhaleFinders Modern Slavery Statement

This statement sets out the commitments of WhaleFinders LLC (“WhaleFinders”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company, in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are a small business and are not currently required to publish a statement under laws such as the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 or the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, which apply only to much larger organizations, such as those above the 36 million pound turnover threshold in section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the 100 million Australian dollar revenue threshold in the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018. We publish this voluntarily, because preventing exploitation matters to us and to the industry we serve.

1. About our business

WhaleFinders provides marketing direction to OnlyFans management agencies. We are a service business: we create strategy, content direction, and guidance that our clients’ own teams act on. We do not manufacture, import, or sell physical goods, and we do not operate the kind of large, multi-tier product supply chain where forced-labor risks are most concentrated. Our operation is lean, and our outside relationships are mainly with software providers and a small number of contractors.

2. Our commitment

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery in all of its forms, including forced or compulsory labor, human trafficking, debt bondage, child labor, and any other form of human exploitation. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our dealings, and to doing our part, at our scale, to make sure these practices have no place in our business or in the businesses we work with.

3. Our supply chain and partners

Our supply chain is limited to the software and online services we use to run the business and the occasional contractor who supports our work. We expect everyone we work with to share our standards, to comply with all applicable laws, and to treat their own people fairly and freely. Where we have a genuine concern that a partner does not meet these standards, we will raise it and, if it is not resolved, end the relationship.

4. Protecting against exploitation in the work we support

Because we support the marketing of adult content, we are especially alert to the risks of exploitation, coercion, and trafficking. Our clients are businesses, and we do not contract with or direct creators ourselves. We require our agency clients to confirm that every creator they represent is at least eighteen years old and is taking part willingly, and we do not knowingly provide any service in connection with content that involves a minor, non-consent, coercion, or trafficking of any kind. If we become aware of a concern of this nature, we will stop the relevant work immediately and take appropriate action, which may include reporting it to the relevant authorities.

5. Our people

Everyone who works with us does so freely and is treated and paid fairly. We do not use forced labor, and we do not tolerate it among the contractors we engage.
